The boy was a huge X-Men fan, and Cyclops was his favorite. The scene originally called for Cyclops to look at the train schedule, but according to Bryan Singer the boy could not stop smiling at James Marsden. Finally, during one shot, Marsden just looked back at him and smiled, much to the boy’s delight. Bryan Singer liked the idea so much, he kept it in the film, and told the actress playing the boy’s mother to react the way she did.

The Perks of Being A Wallflower is a new movie this 2012 based on the novel written by Stephen Chbosky. This is about 15-year-old Charlie (played by Logan Lerman), an endearing and naive outsider, coping with first love Sam (played by stunning Emma Watson!! - couldn’t be happier!), the suicide of his best friend, and his own mental illness while struggling to find a group of people with whom he belongs. The introvert freshman who is taken under the wings of two seniors who welcome him to the real world.
So before sharing some official photos from the upcoming film, let me share to you my favorite quote from the book, which by the way is in the narration of Charlie (first person):
“I want Sam to stop liking Craig.
Now, I guess maybe you think that’s because I am jealous of him. I’m not. Honest. It’s just that Craig doesn’t really listen to her when she talks. I don’t mean that he’s a bad guy because he’s not. It’s just that he always looks distracted.
It’s like he would take a photograph of Sam, and the photograph would be beautiful. And he would think that the reason the photograph was beautiful was because of how he took it. If I took it, I would know that the only reason it’s beautiful is because of Sam.”
Isn’t it sweet??
So as I said, here now are the pics!

Logan Lerman as Charlie, the ‘wallflower.’

A scene in the school.

Charlie actually has a ‘secret love’ for his senior Sam.

Emma playing as Sam is such a big treat for me!

The major cast.
One of my anticipated movies, next to The Hunger Games. :)
